The Alpha Kappa Rho Alumni Association of South Korea is a Fraternity/Sorority International Humanitarian Service which exists to create a bridge between all men and women who are committed to seek the social advancement of under-represented populations. The organization was founded with honor and pride on May 04, 2008 at the Hyewa Dong Seoul City South Korea.Official founding skeptrons headed by the leadership of Brother Irish L. Torres from AKP-Angeles City Council he survived on July 27, 1993. The organization was officially registered at the Philippine Embassy based here in South Korea and Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-profit and Non-dividend Corporation was also the first humanitarian organization to be chartered independent from its mother country.

Throughout the decades, the legacy of our Founders reflected from various languages to different cultures, from mixed adversaries to compound diversities and from meaningful assumptions to potent solutions.The Hierarchy had not dawn whilst the structure speaks to Skeptrons who understand their VISION and MISSIONS

As to date, The Alpha Kappa Rho Fraternity and Sorority, the endless efforts of our Founders, Co-Founders, Organizers, Alumni, Collegiate, and Communities are well unchanged and unlimited. The efficiency of its Community Services, Social Activities and Volunteer Projects translated huge significant steps to our Civic Mission and are just segments of something we will see even more as we reach the new decade. We will strive double time and systematically develop our HELPERTISE to better achieve the peak of our fraternal goal out of effective Teamwork.

The Skeptron Society has always been and always be an organization steeped in the tradition of the past and dedicated to the pursuit of brotherhood and sisterhood. The organization is made up of men and women from all cultures, religious background and interests. It has spread through out the archipelago and throughout the world. Alpha Kappa Rho International Fraternity and Sorority. They do not discriminate on the basis of race, disability, creed, political beliefs, sexual preference, etc. but maintain loyalty, and unity, while striving for patience, perseverance and pride.
Understanding the Services, our Brotherhood has pledged to Serve, begins by preserving its History. The vision, mission and hard work of our pioneers shaped up what we are now, what we are protecting and what we are defending.
Loving always varies in many ways but every members love to Alpha Kappa Rho will never vary in enhancing the future of the Brotherhood. Inside our Brotherhood, variations aren't ruled out a hinder and for this reason; we always pledge to get our services involved.

The ALPHA KAPPA RHO Foundation is an institution promoting social welfare and social reform. Our goal is to develop and maintain a high standard of professional interests among its members and to unite them in a strong bond of humanitarian fraternal service and scholarship service program to grow and prosper and help the fraternity and sorority in their own college education.

AS WE HAVE GROWN:
As we have grown , our most sensible approach in providing the greatest chance of enthusiasm with least chance of irrationalism is imperative. The Alpha Kappa Rho Inter-Collegiate Service Fraternity and Sorority have grown to define proficient method of encouraging closeness but not limited to creating an environment called openness.....a nonjudgemental attention that infuses plural relationship to retain Equality, Quality and Solidarity .

As we have outgrown long lasting commitment to the Brotherhood, we rise at our worth and infinite potentials. Anything unexplainable commitment, moral or physical, is incomplete and undone. The privelege to pursue commitment is a meaningful challenge to every Skeptron. Challenging experience may or may not inspire others poetically but experience of any size have a tendency to raise inspiration.

As we have Outgrown some more , it has been largely successful in our regards to what we have gone through as Alpha Kappa Rho International Service Fraternity and Sorority. Wished well or ill as a layman, met hardships as a Member, supported members being a Leader, assured members of success being an Adviser and opposed any foe as a Defender. Our ethic to an ever-widening sphere of responsibility is honorable....a reciprocity of affection by both Skeptrons who recognize in a sense they are of the same literal principle.
Outgrowing more and more has not been ideal for a minute wait. We firmly believe and let all Skeptrons know that the flame of our Brotherhood will stay lit at all time and its glow that warmth our integrity. . . .WILL NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY FROM US !
